Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lotus One purchase and you are within our return policy guidelines, please return your purchase within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

Return Eligibility
All items must be in their unopened original packaging and without any defects or dents on them in order to be eligible for return. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a return, nor will lingerie products.

How do I return my purchase?
To initiate a return, send us an email at with all your purchase information (order number, product etc.) and the reason you are not happy with your purchase.
Once the return is reviewed and accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and RMA.

Preparing your return:

1. Pack your product in a sturdy box and seal it well with tape, using the original shipping materials is acceptable as well.

2. Securely attach the return label to the box while covering the original shipping label.

3. Make sure the original label is completely covered and unreadable unless it is removed from the box. 

4. Ship your package in either one of these ways:

-Place it in your mailbox for USPS collection
-Drop it off at any USPS post office
-Request a pick up from the USPS website
-Drop it off at a staffed FedEx location or include it in a regular scheduled FedEx Ground pickup

5. Keep a copy of the shipping label and return tracking number for reference.

 Please not the returns can take up to 30 days to be processed (excluding weekends and public holidays). All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used in your original order. This typically takes 5-10 business days.

In the unlikely event that a return is received by us but is not in a suitable condition as stated in the policy, we may have to send it back to you.
