How do I check my order status?

You can refer to confirmation email and click on the order status link. If you cannot find the email or did not receive one, contact us directly through the Contact Us page. 

How can I change my order or cancel an item that has already been shipped?

If you wish to make a change or cancelation, please contact us directly with your order information through the Contact Us page. 

Can I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lotus One purchase and you are within our return policy guidelines, please return your purchase within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

Return Eligibility
All items must be in their unopened original packaging and without any defects or dents on them in order to be eligible for return. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a return, nor will lingerie products.

To initiate a return, send us an email at lotuson.co@gmail.com with all your purchase information (order number, product etc.) and the reason you are not happy with your purchase.
